Vipassana Meditation
Vipassana means literally “to see things as they are”. It teaches you to stay in the moment by observing your body sensations.
By building up mental stability you learn to accept things, rather than to react emotionally.
It supports you in your precious wish to practice the right kind of livelihood.
This technique aims to balance mental impurities and to simply make you Be Happy.
Vipassana increases your awareness and enhances the detoxification process.
These group sittings help you to stay focused, so you don’t break your good intentions and remember what you came here for. Vipassana is your anchor for Life.
We will teach you this beautiful technique.
Vipassana is a way of self-transformation through self-observation.
You focus on your breath. This is the intersection between your mind and body. We make this to the subject of our attention.
It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body which you experience directly by disciplined attention to your physical sensations that form the Life of your body, and that continuously interconnect and condition the Life of the mind.
It is this observation-based, self-exploratory journey to the common root of mind and body that dissolves mental impurity, resulting in a balanced mind full of Love and Compassion.
One’s thoughts, feelings, judgements and sensations become clear. Through direct experience, the nature of how one grows or regresses, how one produces suffering or frees oneself from suffering is understood you really learn and understand. Not only on a mental, theoretical or philosophical level.
Life becomes characterized by increased awareness, non-delusion, self-control and Peace.

Pranayama
Prana in Sanskrit means “vital energy” and yama means “control” or “restrain”.
Pranayama can thus be defined as the act of restraining or controlling the vital energy.
If we understand breath in terms of Life force, there is a connection between controlling your breath and controlling your Life force.
The breath provides an easy access to gaining insight into the body and mind.
