Yoga has the power to improve the quality of life of every person who chooses to practice it. 
During our 10-day Retreat we combine the wisdom of Ayurveda with our practice of Yoga. You will receive a Yoga plan with instructions that suit your specific needs. Read more

Meditation & Pranayama

Pranayama: Prana in Sanskrit means “vital energy” and Yama means “control” or “restrain”. By practicing these breathing exercises you achieve a higher energy level in your everyday life, and you reach a greater sense of self-insight and self-control.
Vipassana: Seeing things as they are. Here you focus your attention on your natural breath.
